Four fittings and a hose turn the Radium S2000 rail from custom project into plug and play.

The Radium Engineering Fuel Rail Plumbing Kit for the 2000-2005 Honda S2000 completes the 20-0591-02 rail installation on the factory fuel system: the green 6AN male fitting secures directly to the factory inverted flare line, the 8AN ORB to 6AN male adapter secures to the upper rear rail port, the 6AN PTFE hose becomes the new feed line connecting the two, and the pair of 8AN ORB plugs seal the front and rear rail ports. The OEM fuel pressure regulator connects to all the factory lines exactly as Honda routed them.

The Details

Radium's install documentation walks the exact sequence: the 6AN adapter lands in the top port, the PTFE feed hose bridges from the factory inverted flare connection, and every O-ring MUST be lubricated prior to assembly to prevent failure, with Teflon paste reserved for any 1/8" NPT gauge threads. The kit's philosophy is factory-plumbing preservation, so builds heading toward aftermarket regulators or full AN systems should select individual ORB fittings instead and let this kit serve the stock-configuration majority. Rail sold separately; the dealer consensus is blunt that the rail installation requires either this kit or equivalent fittings, so ordering them together saves the second shipment.
