The OEM 4G63 fuel rail inlet flange necks flow down to a restrictive 5.7mm passage, a bottleneck most aftermarket rails simply copy. The Radium Engineering Fuel Rail Kit for the Evo 8/9 eliminates that flange entirely, pairing a large 0.69" internal bore with 8AN ORB ports that adapt to common AN fuel hose on both ends of the rail. CNC machined from solid 6061 aluminum, anodized, and laser etched, it is safe for all fuels including E85. This is the basic rail, ready for the custom fuel system you are building around it.

The Details

Rail volume and inlet area set the ceiling on how consistently fuel reaches each injector, and the 4G63's factory setup gives away both. This rail's 0.69" bore acts as a pressure reservoir across all four injectors while the full-size 8AN ORB ports remove the choke point at the inlet. Building around it is a matter of picking fittings: adapt the inlet to your feed hose, then run a direct mount regulator, pulse damper, or gauge adapter at the remaining ports, checking clearance for larger accessories against Radium's dimensional drawings. Injector compatibility is worth a careful look, since the rail is designed around factory or OEM-equivalent injectors, meaning the same height and O-ring dimensions as stock; confirm with your injector supplier when upgrading.
