The Radium Engineering Fuel Rail for the 2000-2005 Honda S2000 replaces the OEM rail on the AP1's F20C with a high flow design featuring a large 0.69" diameter internal bore supporting all necessary engine power requirements: CNC machined aluminum, anodized and laser etched, with threaded ORB ports opening the regulator, damper, gauge, and custom plumbing options the factory rail never offered. Factory injectors reinstall directly, and every fuel type including E85 is welcome. This is the rail-only kit; the 20-0091-PK plumbing kit (sold separately) makes it plug and play on the factory fuel system.

The Details

The 00-05 and 06-09 S2000s split at the fuel system, with the AP1-era cars carrying the rail-mounted OEM regulator this rail is designed around: Radium's install documentation has the FPR bolting to the Radium rail with the OEM hex head bolts, O-ring inspected and the OEM rail's FPR screen handled per the instructions. Stock-plumbing installs complete with the 20-0091-PK, whose green inverted flare fitting, PTFE feed hose, and ORB plugs handle the factory line interface, while custom AN systems select individual ORB fittings instead. The injector rule is Radium's standard, with flow rates from your tuner and dimensions confirmed as OEM-equivalent. The 06-09 cars use the separate 20-0391 rail.
