The Radium Engineering Fuel Pressure Regulator with 4 Bar Bosch Regulator is built around a genuine OEM Bosch regulator top rated 4 bar (58.2 psi) static at 255lph, housed in an extremely compact billet 6061 aluminum body that provides a convenient package for plumbing and mounting. The Bosch regulator tops are vacuum referenced with a 1:1 ratio, so as intake manifold pressure changes the fuel pressure changes at the same rate, or with the vacuum reference removed a constant static fuel pressure can be achieved. The regulator body is held in the housing with a stainless steel snap ring and can easily be removed for cleaning or replacement using snap-ring pliers. The two main high pressure ports are threaded 6AN ORB, a 6AN male return port is integrated into the housing itself, and a 1/8" NPT female port stands ready for a gauge or pressure transducer. Arrives assembled with the Bosch unit installed.

First, the ratings assume a common Walbro 255lph pump, and the exact minimum, static, and maximum pressures are influenced by pump flow, so a significantly higher flowing pump may raise minimum pressures above what is advertised, with Radium's adjustable high flow regulators the better match for big-pump systems. Second, the 4 bar top is fixed by design, which is the point: it regulates at its rating forever with OEM reliability, no set-and-drift. The snap-in architecture adds flexibility later, since aftermarket adjustable tops and unique Bosch variations like 3.5 bar snap into the same billet housing. The optional Radium fuel pressure gauge secures to the front NPT port, and the sibling version carries the other Bosch rating.
