The Radium Engineering Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit for the MK4 Supra (microglass Filter) includes everything required to plumb the fuel system between the Radium pump hanger and the fuel rail in the JZA80: a pre-made 8AN PTFE feed line runs from the fuel pump hanger to the fuel filter, then a pre-made 10AN connects the filter to the fuel rail inlet, with the fuel lines clearing the OEM fuel pump cover and requiring no cutting or drilling to get past the fuel tank. For the return, 6AN E85 compatible rubber fuel hose runs from the pressure regulator back to the hanger return port, and the lines route through included billet aluminum line retainers. This 20-0415-05 version carries the microglass filter element, the most popular choice, meeting filtration requirements set forth by Bosch Motorsports and working well with E85. Designed to work best with the Radium 2JZ fuel rail (20-0215) and other aftermarket 8AN ORB rails; NOT compatible with the stock 2JZ fuel rail.

The Details

The kit is the middle third of Radium's MK4 fuel delivery system, with the pump hanger upstream and the 2JZ rail downstream, and its exclusions are deliberate: rail-side and FPR-side fittings come from those components' own kits. Filter media follows the standard split, with this microglass element the most popular choice because it meets the filtration requirements set forth by Bosch Motorsports and works well with E85, replacing at end of life while the stainless sibling cleans and reuses. Lines clear the OEM pump cover so the trunk floor stays sealed, the retainers land on factory locations, and flex fuel conversions splice the sensor into the return without redesigning anything. E85 runs happily through the whole path.
