The Radium Engineering Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit for the FR-S / BRZ / 86 (Microglass Filter) converts the OEM returnless system to a traditional return system, including everything required to connect directly to the OEM or aftermarket fuel rails for both single and dual pump configurations. An 8AN PTFE hose attaches to a Radium fuel filter mounting underneath the vehicle on a chassis-specific bolt-on bracket, this -05 version assembled with the 6 micron microglass element for the finest injector protection. The filter secures to an inline Radium fuel pressure gauge attached to an adjustable Radium fuel pressure regulator, which can mimic the OEM fuel system or run 1:1 with a vacuum reference. NOT compatible with automatic transmission models.

The Details

Returnless systems hold pressure well at stock flow and poorly past it, which is why serious FA20 fueling starts with this conversion: the return architecture lets the adjustable regulator hold exact pressure while excess flow circulates home, and the vacuum-referenced 1:1 option keeps effective injector pressure constant under boost. The microglass element is the replace-at-interval choice for maximum capture, with the -03 stainless version serving builders who prefer cleanable elements. Radium designed this kit as the middle of its FT86 fuel delivery system, pairing with the pump hanger upstream and the rails downstream, and the automatic transmission exclusion is absolute per Radium. Standard install disciplines apply throughout.
