Between the A90's hanger and its port injection rail runs plumbing engineered end to end.

The Radium Engineering Fuel Hanger Plumbing Kit for the MK5 Supra connects the system: an 8AN (1/2") feed hose runs from the fuel pump hanger through the provided fuel filter using a specifically designed MK5 Supra bolt-on billet mount, an 8AN 90 degree PushLok hose end connects to an 8AN male port injection fuel rail fitting (not included), a 6AN 90 degree PushLok hose end connects to a 6AN male aftermarket FPR fitting (not included), and a 6AN (3/8") fuel hose runs to the hanger return port. The feed and/or return hose can be easily modified for installation of an inline flex fuel sensor, the hoses run through billet aluminum fuel line retainers, and a special retainer prevents the lines from contacting the driveshaft and exhaust when crossing over the tunnel. Filter media selects the variant: -03 stainless (cleanable) or -05 microglass (Bosch Motorsports spec, E85 friendly).

The Details

The kit is the middle third of Radium's MK5 port injection architecture, with the 20-0760 hanger upstream, the 20-0753 B58 rail downstream, and rail-side and FPR-side male fittings coming from those components' kits by design. Filter media follows the standard split, microglass the popular choice for its Bosch Motorsports spec and E85 manners, stainless the reusable path. Push-Lok discipline applies at the hose ends, and the whole run lands on the A90's chassis provisions without fabrication.
