Not every hose in a fuel system is AN, and the fittings should meet the rubber where it lives.

The Radium Engineering 6AN ORB to 5/16" Barb Fitting threads into any female 6AN ORB (9/16"-18) port, seals on an FKM O-ring, and presents a 5/16" hose barb for clamped fuel hose. It is the bridge between Radium's ORB-ported hardware and OEM-style 5/16" fuel line, common on return lines, factory feed retrofits, and vent routing.

The Details

Barb joints live or die on execution: use fuel-rated hose matched to 5/16" ID, push it fully over the barb, and clamp with an EFI-style or spring clamp rather than a slotted worm clamp that cuts into the cover. The ORB end follows its own rule, with the O-ring lubricated before installation and no sealant anywhere. Typical duty includes connecting a Radium rail or surge tank return port to OEM-style hose, or plumbing a vent line where AN hose would be overkill. Sold individually.
