The Radium Engineering 6AN Female to 8AN Male Fitting is the size translator: the female 6AN swivel end accepts any 6AN male flare while the 8AN male end mates 8AN hose ends and ports, joining mixed-size plumbing without re-terminating anything.

The Details

Size steps appear wherever systems grow in stages, with a 6AN-plumbed component meeting an 8AN feed, or a hose run upsizing at the filter, and the expander handles the junction with two honest flare seals. Both ends install dry and clean, hand threaded to full engagement, then tightened 1/4 to 1/2 turn past bottomed out with two wrenches so torque never twists the hose. Sold individually.
