The Radium Engineering DSV, 12AN ORB to 12AN Male, Quick Fill is the high flow dual stage vent for dry break refueling systems: the 12AN ORB end threads into the fuel cell or FCST port sealing on its O-ring, and the 12AN male end feeds the vent line sized to exhale as fast as a dump can pours. The tank-side anchor of Radium's quick-fill vent architecture.

The Details

Dry break refueling moves gallons in seconds, and the physics are unforgiving: fuel enters only as fast as air exits, making the vent valve the actual speed limit of a pit stop. The DSV's 12AN sizing matches the 3/4" vent hose of Radium's quick-fill vent kit, and the dual stage design manages both the fill-rate exhale and the consumption-rate inhale of race duty. Installations follow Radium's vent routing rules, rising from the tank with vertical loops as the expansion chamber. O-ring lubricated at install; the flare end takes its hose end dry.
