The Radium Engineering 6AN Straight Push-Lok Hose End terminates 6AN-size push-on hose in a straight line: the barbed stem grips push-on style hose without clamps as the hose is engineered to seal, and the swivel nut mates to any 6AN male flare. The workhorse termination for vent, return, and low-pressure fuel routing.

The Details

Push-Lok sealing is interference-based, with the specially constructed hose stretching over the barbed stem and gripping permanently, which makes the pairing hose-specific: braided and PTFE hose do not belong on these stems, and adding a clamp afterward can compromise the engineered seal. Press the hose fully to the stem's shoulder, ideally with a drop of lubricant on the stem, and let the design work. The 6AN nut installs dry on its flare, hand tight plus 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Radium's plumbing kits use these ends throughout, and the reusable design means a cut-short hose costs a new hose, never a new fitting. Sold individually.
