The Radium Engineering 6AN ORB to 1/8" NPT Female Adapter Fitting threads into any female 6AN ORB (9/16"-18) port, sealing on an FKM O-ring, and presents a 1/8" NPT female port for a pressure sender, gauge, or temperature sensor. It is the standard way to put instrumentation on a Radium rail, regulator, damper, or filter port without sacrificing the sealed ORB architecture.

The Details

This fitting carries both thread standards, so treat each by its own rule: the ORB end seals on its O-ring, which should be lubricated with O-ring lube, petroleum jelly, or oil before installation and needs no sealant, while the NPT end is a tapered thread that always requires PTFE thread sealant paste when the sensor goes in. Common homes include the spare port on a Radium fuel rail for a pressure sender, a regulator gauge port, or a filter cap for pre/post filtration pressure checks. Sensor and sealant not included.
