The Radium Engineering 6AN Y Adapter Fitting merges or splits flow through smooth, flow-friendly geometry: three 6AN male legs in a Y configuration, letting two lines join into one or one line divide into two with gentler direction changes than a 90 degree tee forces. Machined anodized aluminum with 37 degree flare sealing on all three legs.

The Details

Classic Y duty includes merging dual pump outputs into a single feed, splitting a feed to twin rails, or joining return lines ahead of the tank. The Y geometry matters most where flow is continuous and pressure drop counts, since fluid follows an angled merge far more gracefully than a hard 90. All three legs follow AN flare rules: install hose ends dry and clean, hand thread until fully engaged, then tighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn past bottomed out. For merging dual pumps with regulation in the same body, Radium's MPR multi-port regulator is the integrated alternative. Sold individually.
