Factory 5/8" fuel hose and an FST's 10AN ORB port meet in exactly one purpose-built fitting.
The Radium Engineering 5/8" Barb to 10AN FST Fitting connects large factory fuel hose to Radium surge tank ports: the 10AN ORB end threads into the FST and seals on its O-ring, while the 5/8" barb takes clamped hose, the size larger fill and transfer circuits run. The high-flow member of Radium's FST barb adapter family.

The Details
Surge tank installs on street cars often keep factory-style hose on the fill and vent circuits where AN conversion adds cost without benefit, and this fitting serves exactly that architecture: the FST's ORB port sealed properly, the hose side clamped with spring or EFI clamps on fuel-rated 5/8" ID hose. O-ring lubricated at install, no sealant, hose pushed fully to the barb shoulder. Sold individually.
