An RB26 building boost breathes hard, and both valve cover barbs are the bottleneck.

The Radium Engineering 12AN Male Press-Fit Fitting for the RB26DETT is a low profile 12AN fitting serving as a direct replacement for the Nissan RB26DETT valve cover fittings, with one on the intake valve cover and one on the exhaust valve cover, so replacing both OEM fittings means purchasing quantity 2. The low profile swivel fitting simply presses in, with no drilling or welding required, converting each crankcase vent into a full 12AN AN connection for competition catch can plumbing.

The Details

Twelve-AN sizing is deliberate on this engine, since a built RB26 at full boost moves crankcase vapor volumes that choke smaller vents, and restricted breathing shows up as pushed seals and oil where it should not be. The press-in swivel architecture mirrors Radium's other Nissan valve cover fittings, sealing in the OEM bore while the AN end rotates freely to aim the catch can lines. Builders balancing the two vent ports can also look to Radium's double-ended 16mm SAE quick connect version of the RB26 fitting in the same family. Pairs naturally with Radium's 10AN and 12AN catch can plumbing on R32 through R34 GT-R builds.
