The Radium Engineering 10AN ORB to 8AN Male Adapter Fitting threads into any female 10AN ORB (7/8"-14) port, seals on an FKM O-ring compatible with all fuel and oil types, and presents a standard 8AN male flare for your hose end. Machined from black anodized aluminum, it is the straight-line building block connecting Radium rails, filters, surge tanks, and catch cans to AN plumbing.

The Details

Two install rules keep ORB-to-AN joints leak-free for good, and they differ by end. The ORB side seals on its O-ring, not its threads, so lubricate the O-ring with O-ring lube, petroleum jelly, or oil before threading it in to prevent damage during assembly. The AN flare side is the opposite: install dry and clean, hand thread until fully engaged, then tighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn past bottomed out. No sealant belongs anywhere on this fitting. Sold individually.
