The Corvette's tank opening is too small to pass two pumps at once, which is exactly the problem this kit was engineered around.

The Radium Engineering dual pump add-on for the mid 2003-2019 Chevrolet Corvette adds a second fuel pump to an existing Radium Corvette fuel hanger. It includes a second independent collector box specific to pump two, stainless brackets, two styles of wiring harness for different pumps, and all hardware needed for the install. Because the tank opening will not pass two pumps simultaneously, each pump is sent into the tank one at a time, and the provided SAE quick connectors make that process straightforward. Both pump outlets merge into the single 10AN ORB outlet of the CNC machined fuel hat, and because each outlet carries a check valve, fuel pump staging is permitted. In-tank wiring is insulated with chemically resistant ETFE. Pump not included.

The Details

This add-on serves both Corvette hanger generations, but the hanger itself is generation specific and must be purchased separately: the 20-0980 for mid 2003-2013 cars, or the 20-1010 for 2014-2019 C7 cars. Neither hanger ships configured for two pumps, which is where this kit comes in. Pump selection follows the same compatibility list as the hanger, and dual pump installations should not reuse the OEM fuel pump wiring; each pump wants its own dedicated relay and fuse, with a Radium DIY fuel pump wiring kit per pump. If fuel pressure ever needs to be set below the OEM specification, Radium offers a Corvette FPR bypass separately.
