The Radium Engineering DIY PTFE hose kit supplies 10AN PTFE hose with a black carbon finish plus the hose ends to build custom lines to your own lengths. Individual hose ends are also available separately in straight, 45 degree, and 90 degree, so a build can be extended or a routing change accommodated without buying another kit.

The Details

PTFE is the right choice wherever permeation matters, which on an alcohol-fuelled car is everywhere. Building your own lines means no compromise on length, and the angled ends let you approach a fitting from the direction that keeps the hose off hot parts and away from suspension travel.

One consumable to know about: the ferrule inside a PTFE hose end deforms on assembly, so if you take a line apart and rebuild it on new hose, fit a fresh ferrule. Radium sells replacements in packs of four.
