Description

From gas jug to race-ready in one box: cell fill hardware, venting, and the dump can to pour it.

The Radium Engineering Complete Fuel Cell Refueling Kits are designed specifically for the Radium FCST, which does not come standard with any of these parts, and the complete kits add the dump can itself. Four varieties cover the matrix. Direct Mount Standard Fill (20-0815-00): a fill neck and cap mounting directly to the FCST, vent kit securing to the standard 8AN DSV, and a vented dump can filling faster than typical fuel jugs. Direct Mount 1.5" Dry Break (20-0815-01): a dump can with leak-free dry break probe for quick fuel filling, a vented dry break receiver mounting directly to the FCST, and a quick-fill 12AN DSV for the vent kit. Remote Mount Standard Fill (20-0815-02): a flanged filler for a body panel, 1.5" filler hose to the FCST fill neck elbow, vent kit, and vented dump can. Remote Mount 1.5" Dry Break (20-0815-03): the panel-mounted vented dry break receiver version with dry break dump can.

What You'll Feel

  • Refueling solved end to end, with nothing left to source separately
  • Dry break versions filling in seconds with the leak-free probe-and-receiver interface
  • Faster pours even on standard fill, the dump can's large vent beating typical fuel jugs
  • Remote versions putting the filler at the bodywork while the cell hides where the chassis wants it
  • Sanctioning-body compatibility, the unpressurized dry break configuration permitted by most bodies

Features

  • Complete refueling kits for the Radium FCST; all four include a dump can
  • 20-0815-00: direct mount, standard fill, vented dump can
  • 20-0815-01: direct mount, 1.5" dry break, dump can with dry break probe, 12AN quick-fill DSV
  • 20-0815-02: remote mount, standard fill, flanged panel filler with 1.5" filler hose
  • 20-0815-03: remote mount, 1.5" dry break, panel-mounted vented receiver
  • Vent kits included throughout, securing to the FCST's DSV hardware

The Details

Choosing runs on two questions. Where does fuel enter the car: directly at the cell (hatch and exposed installs) or at a body panel (cells buried under bodywork)? And how fast must it enter: standard fill for gas stations and paddock jugs, or dry break for pit stops measured in seconds? One compatibility note from Radium matters for legacy hardware: the dry break kits are not an option when using an older 20-014X FCST together with a fuel level sender, though without a sender the 20-0439 adapter in the sender port provides the required 12AN ORB vent port, with the standard 8AN vent port plugged by a 14-0150. Vent routing follows Radium's standard rules in every configuration, and the FCST itself is sold separately.

Kit Includes

  • Fill hardware per variant (fill neck and cap, or dry break receiver, or flanged remote filler with hose)
  • Vent kit per variant (8AN standard or 12AN quick-fill DSV)
  • 1x Dump can (vented, or with dry break probe per variant)
  • FCST NOT included

Applications

  • Radium FCST fuel cell surge tank installations
  • Four variants: direct/remote mount, standard fill/1.5" dry break
  • Older 20-014X FCST + level sender: dry break versions not compatible (see 20-0439 workaround without sender)
