Nissan's HR-era rails hide their damper behind a proprietary interface; this adapter translates it to 8AN ORB.

The Radium Engineering 8AN ORB FPD Adapter for the Nissan VQ35HR, VQ37VHR, VQ40DE, and VR38DETT converts the factory fuel pulse damper location on these engines to a female 8AN ORB port: opening the position to Radium's FPD-R dampers, ORB plugs, or 8AN ORB plumbing fittings, and bringing the late VQ and GT-R fuel architecture into the serviceable AN world.

The Details

Pulse damping matters more as injectors grow, with big injectors hammering rail pressure in waves the factory damper was never sized for, and the adapter is the gateway: once the position speaks 8AN ORB, Radium's FPD-R installs with its damping matched to aftermarket flow, or the port serves plumbing duty in custom systems. The engine list spans the 370Z and G37's VQ37VHR, the late 350Z's VQ35HR, the Frontier-family VQ40DE, and the GT-R's VR38DETT, with O-ring discipline at install: lubricated, threaded home, no sealant.
