Description

Sometimes the hose has to turn immediately, and a straight barb puts the bend where there is no room for one.

The Radium Engineering 3/8in SAE female to 90 degree 3/8in barb fitting connects to a 3/8 inch SAE quick connect male on the vehicle and turns ninety degrees into a matching 3/8 inch barb, keeping the run tight against the tank, firewall, or rail without a wide kink-prone loop. Machined from billet aluminum and anodized for corrosion protection.

The Details

SAE quick connect sizing is measured by the outside diameter of the male fitting: 0.3125 inch is 5/16, 0.3750 is 3/8. Measure rather than guessing, since the two look nearly identical and do not interchange. Always lubricate the mating O-rings with a light amount of oil before installing. Secure the barb end with a proper fuel injection clamp.
