Description
A fuel filter or pump hanging off its hoses is a leak waiting for a pothole.
Round 60mm components need proper mounting, and hose tension is not mounting. The Radium Engineering 2-Piece 60mm Fuel Pump/Filter Clamp is machined from 6061 billet aluminum in two halves that grip the full circumference of a Radium high flow fuel filter or any 60mm-bodied pump. Three stainless M5 bolts fix the clamp to the vehicle, two additional screws draw the halves together, and the bright-dip black anodized finish with CNC engraved logo looks the part. Solid mounting in a two-minute install.

The Details
The two-piece split is what separates this from a strap clamp. The lower half bolts to your mounting surface first with the three M5 bolts, the component nests into it, and the upper half caps it with the two joining screws, spreading clamp load evenly around the 60mm circumference. That geometry means removing the filter for element service later takes two screws, not a full unbolting of the mount. Position the clamp on the filter body away from the end caps so the outlet cap stays free to unscrew during element changes. If you are mounting two 60mm components side by side, such as twin filters or a filter next to a Bosch 044 pump, Radium's dual version of this clamp handles the pair, and for heat management duty there is a finned heat exchanger clamp, both sold separately.
