Description

Sometimes the hose has to turn immediately, and a straight barb puts the bend where there is no room for one.

The Radium Engineering 10mm SAE female to 90 degree 3/8in barb fitting connects to a 10mm SAE quick connect male on the vehicle and turns the hose ninety degrees into a 3/8 inch barb, keeping the run tight against the tank, firewall, or valve cover. Machined from billet aluminum and anodized for corrosion protection.

The Details

SAE quick connect sizing is measured by the outside diameter of the male fitting on the vehicle, so confirm the size before ordering rather than guessing from hose diameter. Always lubricate the mating O-rings with a light amount of oil before installing. Secure the barb end with a proper fuel injection clamp rather than a worm gear clamp. A 45 degree version of this same conversion is available as 14-0704.
