The Radium Engineering 10mm SAE Female to 3/8" Barb Fitting bridges the metric quick connect standard: the 10mm SAE female end clicks onto metric male tube ends, and the 3/8" barb feeds clamped hose, serving the Japanese and European platforms running 10mm lines.

The Details
The female end installs with lightly oiled O-rings and a verified click, while the barb takes fuel-rated 3/8" ID hose under a spring or EFI clamp. Verify sizes before ordering, since SAE quick connect and barb standards sit close together and do not interchange. Sold individually.
