The Radium Engineering 10AN ORB Swivel Banjo Fitting threads into any female 10AN ORB (7/8"-14) port and turns the connection 90 degrees to 10AN male AN hose end, with a body that rotates a full 360 degrees even after it is torqued down. Built from a stainless steel lower half and anodized aluminum upper half, it seals on FKM O-rings compatible with all fuel and oil types and is suitable for high pressure systems up to 400 psi. Point the hose where the hose needs to go, whenever you need to.

The Details

Swivel banjos earn their keep anywhere a rigid 90-degree fitting would force the hose into a fight with its surroundings: fuel rail ports, catch can ports, surge tank bulkheads, filter caps. Because the swivel seals on two internal O-rings, the upper half rotates freely under pressure without weeping, and the whole assembly can be rebuilt with a service kit if the O-rings ever age. Installation on the ORB side is simple but has one rule Radium is explicit about: lubricate the O-ring with O-ring lube, petroleum jelly, or oil before threading it in, or you risk damaging the seal during assembly. The hose side presents a standard 10AN male flare: connect it dry and clean, thread by hand until fully engaged, then tighten 1/4 to 1/2 turn past bottomed out. Sold individually.
