Description

Five eighths is the size that shows up on filler and vent plumbing, and it needs a bulkhead built for the volume.

The Radium Engineering 10AN ORB bulkhead, 5/8in SAE male to 5/8in SAE male passes a 5/8 inch SAE quick connect circuit through a panel or tank wall on a 10AN ORB bulkhead body, with a matching 5/8 inch SAE quick connect male on each side. The larger 10AN ORB body keeps full area through the passage rather than necking the line down at the wall. Machined from billet aluminum and anodized for corrosion protection.

The Details

SAE quick connect sizing is measured by the outside diameter of the male fitting: 0.6250 inch is 5/8. Confirm before ordering rather than guessing from hose diameter. Always lubricate the mating O-rings with a light amount of oil before installing. This is currently the only 5/8 inch SAE fitting in Radium's quick connect range.
