Description

This one runs the other direction: the quick connect is the male end, and the hose picks it up.

The Radium Engineering 1/2in SAE male to 3/8in barb fitting presents a 1/2 inch SAE quick connect male that snaps into a factory female line, and terminates in a 3/8 inch hose barb on the other side. It is the mirror of the more common female-to-barb adapters, for the cases where the vehicle side ends in a female connector. Machined from billet aluminum and anodized for corrosion protection.

The Details

Check which end of your factory line is male before ordering; this fitting is the male-side adapter, while 14-0753 and 14-0755 handle the female side. SAE quick connect sizing is measured by the outside diameter of the male fitting: 0.5000 inch is 1/2. Always lubricate the mating O-rings with a light amount of oil before installing. Secure the barb end with a proper fuel injection clamp.
