Description

Matching sizes end to end is how you keep a half inch line actually flowing like a half inch line.

The Radium Engineering 1/2in SAE female to 1/2in barb fitting connects to a 1/2 inch SAE quick connect male on the vehicle and terminates in a matching 1/2 inch hose barb, holding full area through the transition on high volume feed and vent plumbing. Machined from billet aluminum and anodized for corrosion protection.

The Details

SAE quick connect sizing is measured by the outside diameter of the male fitting on the vehicle: 0.5000 inch is 1/2. Confirm before ordering rather than guessing from hose diameter. Always lubricate the mating O-rings with a light amount of oil before installing. Secure the barb end with a proper fuel injection clamp; at this diameter a worm gear clamp will distort the hose before it seals.
