Description

Fuel pressure is the first thing to check on any fuel system, and guessing is not checking.

Whether you are setting base pressure on a new regulator, chasing a lean condition, or verifying a surge tank install, you need a gauge you can trust. The Radium Engineering 0-100psi Fuel Pressure Gauge reads 0 to 100 psi (0 to 6.9 BAR) with +/- 2% accuracy, in a rugged stainless steel case with a silicone-filled dial that keeps the needle steady while the engine runs. Choose it bare with its 1/8" NPT fitting, or bundled with a straight or 90-degree 8AN ORB adapter to thread directly into Radium rails and regulators. A simple tool that answers the question every tuner asks first.

What You'll Feel

  • A rock-steady needle you can actually read with the engine running, thanks to the silicone fill
  • Confidence dialing in base pressure instead of trusting a spec sheet
  • Faster diagnosis when something feels off, since rail pressure is right in front of you
  • A clean, direct install on Radium components when you pick an ORB adapter option

Features

  • 0-100 psi (0-6.9 BAR) range with +/- 2% accuracy, suitable for all fueling applications
  • Silicone-filled dial dampens needle vibration for easy reading (a small internal bubble is normal)
  • Acrylic lens over a stainless steel 1-5/8" OD case with 1-3/4" OD bezel, black bezel and housing
  • Nickel plated male 1/8" NPT fitting
  • Optional straight 8AN ORB adapter (20-0075) or 90-degree 8AN ORB adapter (20-0386) variants

The Details

The gauge itself carries a male 1/8" NPT thread, which fits the gauge ports machined into most aftermarket regulators, rails, and damper kits. Always use PTFE-based thread sealant paste on the NPT threads, thread it in gently by hand, then finish with a wrench 1.5 to 3 turns past hand tight. Do not muscle the gauge in by twisting the housing itself, since that can damage it. The two adapter variants matter if you are mounting to a Radium fuel rail or regulator with an 8AN ORB port: the straight adapter stands the gauge off the port, while the 90-degree version turns the face where you can see it in a crowded engine bay. One caution worth knowing before you plumb it in: overpressurizing the gauge can permanently misalign the needle calibration, so keep it on systems within its 100 psi range.

Kit Includes

  • 1x 0-100psi fuel pressure gauge with male 1/8" NPT fitting
  • Adapter per selected variant: none (20-0029), straight 8AN ORB adapter (20-0075), or 90-degree 8AN ORB adapter (20-0386)

Applications

  • Universal: any fuel system gauge port with a female 1/8" NPT thread
  • Radium fuel rails, regulators, and components with 8AN ORB ports (adapter variants)
  • Gasoline and other fueling applications within a 0-100 psi range
