The LS fits in the RX-8 engine bay just fine. The wiring is where most swaps stall.
Splicing a GM harness into an RX-8 chassis means fighting CAN systems, immobilizer logic, and cluster integration before the engine ever cranks. The Mazda RX-8 LS GEN III or Gen IV Swap, with a chassis integration jumper that keeps the body side working like Mazda built it.
