Haltech Nexus Rebel Plug 'n' Play Adapter Harness Kit - Chevrolet C6 Corvette (HT-650931)

Plug-and-play standalone ECU package for the 2006-2013 C6 Corvette. Built on the Haltech Nexus Rebel LS ECU, it replaces the factory ECU for LS2, LS3 and LS7 engines, using a purpose-built adaptor harness and a CAN integration module for a clean, reversible install.

Nexus Rebel LS ECU

The Rebel LS is Haltech's LS-specific Nexus ECU. It combines engine management, a wideband O2 controller, a data logger and a Wi-Fi module in one unit, and is set up through the NSP setup wizard for your engine, cam, throttle, injectors and fuel.

• Onboard wideband O2 controller (Bosch LSU 4.9 sensor included)
• Onboard 4-bar MAP sensor, suitable for naturally aspirated and boosted engines up to 43 psi
• User-definable 25A auxiliary output, e.g. secondary fuel pump, thermofan, transbrake or nitrous solenoid
• Spare inputs and outputs for additional sensors, switches and low-current outputs (boost control solenoid, shift light, flex fuel sensor, fuel pressure sensor)
• Haltech CAN for expansion devices: dashes, keypads, power distribution modules, external wideband controllers, I/O expanders, thermocouple amplifiers and CAN hubs
• Onboard data logging and Wi-Fi connectivity
• Boost control, knock control and drive-by-wire throttle support
• Works with manual transmissions and mechanically shifted automatics such as the Powerglide and TH400

Battery cables

Pre-made battery cables are available as an add-on. If you build your own, these are the lengths and routing we use:

• 12V power: 40", connects to the fuse box terminal
• Ground: 31", connects to the ground post in front of the dry sump
