Description

Splitting one feed into two rails should not require a machine shop.

Dual fuel rails, twin coolers, and split returns all start with the same problem: one line in, two lines out. The Finish Line Factory Y Block Adapter divides the flow in a machined block with a single inlet from 4AN, 6AN, 8AN, 10AN, 12AN, 16AN and paired outlets from 4AN, 6AN, 8AN, 10AN, 12AN, 16AN. Clean internal passages, three AN flare connections, zero fabrication. The split, solved in one part.

The Details

A Y-block beats a bare tee whenever the junction needs to live somewhere specific: the block form factor mounts solidly and presents all three flares at workable angles. Seals metal to metal on the 37 degree AN flare, no sealant, no tape, ever. Size the branches for the flow they actually carry; a feed that splits to two rails commonly steps down one size per branch, keeping velocity sensible on both sides. Assemble each connection with an aluminum AN wrench backing up the block so hose end torque never twists the junction, and route both branch hoses with enough slack that engine movement pulls on neither. If space is tighter than a block allows, the FLF Straight Y Adapter does the same job in a slimmer package.
