Turbo oil drains fail at the flange more than anywhere else. The Finish Line Factory Turbo Oil Drain Adapter bolts to the turbo with built-in o-rings sealing against the housing, no separate gasket hunt, and presents a female -8 ORB or -10 ORB thread so an ORB to AN adapter carries the drain line home to the pan. Options across 08 ORB, 10 AN, 10 ORB. The drain, done properly from the first bolt.

The Details

Drains are gravity-fed and pressure-free, but they punish restriction and leaks equally: oil that cannot fall out of the turbo backs up past the seals and into the housings. That argues for a -10 line on most journal-bearing turbos, a smooth downhill route with no traps, and entry to the pan above the oil level. Sealing at the flange on captive o-rings beats paper gaskets that tear at every service, and the ORB interface downstream means the seal there is another o-ring, modest torque, no sealant. Bolt the flange evenly, thread in the ORB to AN adapter, and the drain becomes one more serviceable AN line.
