Description

Coiled tubing remembers the coil until something stronger changes its mind.

Hardline ships in rolls, and rolled tube bends like it misses the box. The Finish Line Factory Tube Straightener re-educates it: feed the coil through and straight, workable tubing comes out the other side, handling tube from 3/16" to 1/2" without issue. The unglamorous tool that makes every hardline job look professional.

Benefits

  • Coil memory disappears in one pass instead of a session of hand-tweaking
  • Straight stock measures, bends, and flares predictably
  • Long chassis runs come out straight enough to look factory
  • The first hardline project stops fighting you at step one

Features

  • Straightens coiled hardline tubing for fabrication
  • Capacity: 3/16" to 1/2" tube
  • Feed-through roller operation
  • Pairs with aluminum hardline stock
  • Sold individually

The Details

Every bend and flare downstream depends on straight stock: a tube with residual coil bows between bends, throws off measurements, and seats crooked in flaring tools. A roller straightener works the curvature out progressively as the tube feeds through, leaving stock that lies flat on the bench and tracks true through a bender. Feed steadily, let the rollers do the work, and run a second pass if the coil was tight. Combined with a proper bender and flaring kit, it turns rolled FLF hardline into chassis runs that look extruded in place rather than wrestled.
