Banjo to Barb Adapter

Banjo joints seal beautifully and service terribly, since every disconnect costs fresh crush washers. The Finish Line Factory Banjo to Barb Adapter fixes the service side: a banjo eye for 10.5 mm, 12.5 mm, 14.5 mm bolts converting to a 9.3 mm barb, so plain hose clamps on and pops off while the crush washers stay sealed. Hose clamp recommended for most applications.

Assembly starts at the eye: fresh crush washers both sides, clean faces, correct bolt thread and length, torque drawn evenly. Aim the outlet before final torque, because after that the eye is committed. Downstream, treat the barb like any barb: hose ID matched exactly, clamp seated behind the ridge, and pressures kept modest. The payoff is workflow: turbo swaps, filter changes, and winter tear-downs stop consuming washer kits, because the sacrificial seal happens once and the serviceable connection carries the rest of the fitting's life.
