The Details

The hot-press T700 layup is the reason this wheel can be both this light and this stiff: the process consolidates the carbon at high pressure, so stiffness comes from the structure rather than added material. Less mass at the rim means less rotational inertia, which is what you feel as quicker turn-in and less effort in fast transitions, and it compounds over a session as fatigue that never builds. The button plate wires like any switched input, so it works on a bare boss kit installation, a quick release setup, or a full Zestek SCX system.
