With narrowband O2 control selected, the value in this table is the target voltage the ECU aims for in closed loop. A narrowband sensor's voltage swings sharply around lambda 1.0, high when rich and low when lean, so the controller trims fuel to hold the reading near your target.
You'll use it on cars running factory-style narrowband sensors for emissions cruise or economy. Because a narrowband only reads accurately near stoichiometric, keep closed loop to light-load cruise and idle, and tune with a wideband. See narrowband vs wideband.
What to check: the sensor is at full operating temperature with its heater working, it's wired to the correct input, and the trims in O2 control settle rather than hunt. If they oscillate, look at the proportional and integral gains.
