This part of NSP is where you pick the output that drives the intake air bleed valve. A DPO (digital pulsed output) is the usual choice because it can pulse the valve, but any free output that suits the valve will work.
What to check
- The output you choose isn't already assigned to another function.
- The valve's current draw is within what that output can switch. Use a relay if it isn't.
- The valve's power feed is switched with ignition so it can't be left energized with the key off.
- Once wired, use a test mode or a short log to confirm the valve actually responds before tuning the intake air bleed table.
