Adaptronic M6000 Universial Wire-In ECU


Adaptronic has developed the m6000 wire-in standalone ecu for any engine up to 24 cylinders, including 12 rotor engines. This unit is a very powerful/expandable allowing the individual to maximize any performance upgrades. 

Adaptronic designed these units to promote "best practice" when configuring your engine to ensure the most performance. Adaptronic highly recommends all engines be ran with sequential injection and direct fire. This does require each engine to have a CAM and a Crank sensor unless the engine is a two stoke engine/rotary engine. (Some form of 360 reset IE. missing tooth, or a cam sensor ect)

All Adaptronic ECUs excluding the m1200 have module slots which is why they are call Modular. The m6000 wire-in ecu has the most out of any of the Adaptronic ECU line up with 4 Small Module slots, and 2 extra Large Module slots giving this ECU the I/O flexibility to suite almost everyone's needs. 

 

Reason's for buying a m6000 over a m2000:

  1. More than 8 cylinders / 4 rotors ( Large output module needed - includes additional 8 injector outputs / 8 Ignition outputs / 4 high/low AUX outputs) 
  2. More than 8 Injector /  8 Ignition outputs ( Large output module needed - includes additional 8 injector outputs / 8 Ignition outputs / 4 high/low AUX outputs)
  3. Need more than 1 small module slot (Drive by wire (dual dbw), 4 wheel Traction control (real-time Module required for  4WTC), Lambda controller (Internal Wideband), input module, small output module)
  4. Need more than 4 Aux Outputs for 8 cylinder / 4 rotor engines ( Large output module needed - includes additional 8 injector outputs / 8 Ignition outputs / 4 high/low AUX outputs(unused Inj/Ign outputs can be used as AUX outputs )

 

Reason's for buying a m6000 over a m1200:

  1. More than 4 cylinders / 2 rotors 
  2. Need a Module spot for 1 or more small modules (Drive by wire, 4 wheel Traction control (real-time Module required for  4WTC), Lambda controller (Internal Wideband))
  3. Need 1 or more Large Module Slot ( Large output module needed - includes additional 8 injector outputs / 8 Ignition outputs / 4 high/low AUX outputs(unused Inj/Ign outputs can be used as AUX outputs )
  4. 2 Internal map sensors (Imap + Imap or Imap + Emap) 
  5. Water Proof IP67
  6. Need more than 7 Aux Outputs for 4-6 cylinder/2-3 rotor engines
